Description:

Made from a vintage Guatemalan corte the traditional skirt fabric worn by many Maya women this one-of-a-kind cotton blanket brings color, history, and beautiful handwoven texture into everyday life. Each blanket is created from repurposed vintage cotton textile and joined by artisans at Ruth & Naomi with a decorative hand-embroidered seam called a randa.

Ultra-cozy, colorful, and full of joyful craftsmanship, this blanket is perfect as a sofa throw, bed accent, picnic blanket, beach blanket, or relaxed artisan tablecloth. It is the kind of piece that makes a home feel collected, not decorated useful, beautiful, and full of story.

Because each blanket is made from vintage handwoven textile, no two are exactly alike. Once this one sells, this exact piece will not be available again.
