Description:

Handmade Haitian Nativity with the Magi Signed by Artist Jonas Soulouque
Celebrate the story of Christmas and the spirit of craftsmanship with this Handmade Haitian Nativity Scene, featuring the Holy Family and the Magi gathered in reverence at the stable in Bethlehem.
Each piece is handcrafted from recycled steel oil drums by Haitian artisan Jonas Soulouque, whose signature appears on every artwork as a mark of authenticity and pride.
Haitian metal art is renowned for its beauty and depth of meaning. While Voodoo remains part of the islands heritage, 90% of Haitians are Catholic, and faith plays a central role in their creative expression. The Nativity holds a special place in Haitis holiday celebrations a season filled with gift-giving, dancing, feasting, and fireworks.
This piece reflects both faith and artistry, merging spiritual devotion with sustainable craftsmanship. Subtle color variations from dark silver to rustic brown highlight the natural character of hand-forged steel.
Display this stunning 12 x 14 Fair Trade wall hanging in your home year-round or as part of your Christmas dcor. Each sculpture supports ethical artisan income through Fair Trade partnerships because at the heart of this work lies a belief that fair trade isnt just a good idea; its the only way to do business.
